Over the last 28 years, the non profit corporation that organizes the Harbor Festival has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertising that has brought nearly a half million visitors and millions of dollars of tourism to Morro Bay at a time of year when tourism is at a low. Events like the Harbor Festival have proven to be a cost effective and measurable way to bring people to our area. It's nationally recognized volunteer program brings together a diverse cross section of nonprofit groups to staff the event and rewards their partnership with profits from the Festival. It is our hope that you realize the great value of this event and will come to Morro Bay to enjoy it.
